College Bulletins are works that include general information about a college or university, its academic programs, policies, and descriptions of classes offered. While some older colleges still refer to these works as College Bulletins, most now title them Course Catalogs. These documents are particularly useful to students transferring between colleges as the course descriptions can help academic advisors better evaluate students transcripts.
The Lone Star College-North Harris Library Archive maintains an entire collection of the Bulletins and Course Catalogs for the Lone Star College System.
The LSC-North Harris Library Archives contain a complete series of Bulletins and Course Catalogs from the Lone Star College System. The library is currently in the process of digitizing these works to make accessible online. To view the physical copies, you must make an appointment.

In addition to this archives, per collection development policy, the LSC-North Harris Library maintains a circulating collection of Lone Star College Course Catalogs for the last 5 years.
Objects from the Bulletin (Catalog) Collection are copyright Lone Star College. Objects may be used under fair use, but commercial publication requires completion of a request for publication form and proper citation of the object in the publication. Approval of a request for publication does not clear an object of other legal obstacles to publication such as permission of subjects in the image or other copyright restrictions.
TLDR: If you are a student, it's ok to use these images in your college report, but if you are publishing these in a commercial medium then you must complete a request for publication.
