Access to the Library is open to all, and no restrictions are placed upon who may use Federal publications in any format in the Library.

All print Government Documents can circulate, or be borrowed by patrons, unless designated as Reference. Borrowing privileges for circulating materials are extended to Lone Star College faculty, staff, students and alumni as well as local residents with library cards from Harris County Public Library system or Montgomery County Memorial Library System. Loan periods and fine amounts are consistent with similar materials in the Library's other collections. The borrower will be responsible for all fines accrued.
