The following databases are great places to start looking for articles from magazines, newspapers, and scholarly journals.

Academic Search Complete is a great place to start your research since it is a multidisciplinary database that covers a wide variety of subjects.

Other Article Databases

Depending on your topic, you may need to search additional databases that focus on different subject areas.

If you are looking for information about a really recent event (for example: the current coronavirus outbreak), you may need to search news sources, like our newspaper database US Major Dailies.

For more historical topics, you may find more information in history databases like America: History and Life or JSTOR.
