It is maintained and managed by Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges.

The Open Learning Institute is a repository of open courses created by Carnegie Mellon University.

MyOpenMath is designed for mathematics, providing delivery of homework, quizzes, and tests. It is funded by Lumen Learning.
