Please make sure that all items are present in this kit before you leave the Reference Desk. Once you leave the Reference Desk, you will be responsible for any items missing from the kit.
This kit can only be checked out by LSC-North Harris Faculty and Staff. Students wishing to use this kit can ask a faculty or staff member to check it out on their behalf.
This kit is checked out to you for 7 days. If you check this kit out on Monday, then it will be due on the following Monday. If the library is closed on the due date, the kit will be due back the next day the library is open.
For each day you are late with the kit, you will be charged $1. If you do not return the kit five days after it is due, you will be charged a Replacement Fee of $300 plus a $20 Processing and Billing Fee.
All items in the kit must be present at check in. You cannot renew this kit.
